"The Class" with Brittney Dorsey
In this 90-minute transformative experience, we’ll gather and connect with sound, movement, and breath to reset old patterns, increase your vibration and expand the borders of your heart and mind.
This will be a combination of yoga styles, embodied movement, breath, meditation and connection exercises designed for a more relaxed nervous system and a greater sense of presence.
The class will be led by guest instructor Brittney Dorsey, a certified yoga instructor who's been practicing for 10+ years and teaching for over 5. She's attended and led yoga and meditation classes and retreats around the globe offering her a diverse landscape of Yogic philosophy and compassionate self inquiry.
