This special pop-up class will include a Qigong practice led by Marcia Chapman followed by a Transformational Breathwork Journey led by Andrea Ivory. We will conclude with a period of quiet meditation to allow you to sit in the powerful effects of these practices.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement. The benefits from practicing can be profound - reduced stress, enhanced mental and physical balance, increased vitality, and a balanced immune system. Marcia is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Leader Level I and II and a member of the Healer Within Foundation and the National Qigong Association.
After priming the mind and body through Qigong, Andrea will take you on a short but powerful musical breathwork journey - tapping into the reservoir of our internal primal strength and inherent, deepest knowing; where we can step into the embodiment of our true nature. Followed by a short silent meditation period to culminate and integrate the effects of this journey.
