Meditation + Journaling

This class is a breath + internal focused practice, with options for postures to better support needs of the day.
Writing is not required but offered as a part of the practice to enhance mindful awareness of patterns, desires, dreams + goals for future or present self.
This is to enhance the mind/body connection by engaging the brain in a way that connects us to our self in a more clear, supportive, + honest way.
This is the perfect class for beginners but experienced are encouraged to join as well.
$10 drop-in fee per class (studio packages are not eligible for this class.)

Please supply your own writing material: notebook or journal, pen, etc.
