Yoga Elements Drop-in $15 • 1 visit • Good for one regularly scheduled yoga class. NOTE: The pass expires one year from date of purchase.

All Monthly Unlimited Auto-pay contracts require a 3 month commitment. Your monthly payment will draft from your credit or debit card every four weeks. For example, if you purchased it on the 1st, it will draft on the 1st of each month thereafter. There is a 3-month commitment, and this contract is auto-renewing.


This combination class starts with Yin Yoga, a series of longer-held poses targeting deep into the connective tissue, and ends with a gentle, yet powerful Yoga Nidra practice that does not require you to do anything except sense and breath. The class will be offered online via Zoom only, so get comfortable at home with your mat and props!
