Live stream Sloga

“Sloga” Janet Planet taught this class on Thursday mornings before we moved to our new location. We changed the class title to Vinyasa 1, but Janet has kept her unique technique of teaching. This practice focuses on deep breathing that dictates the slow movements from one posture to the next. Extra time is spent exploring the breath and how it can change our awareness of the poses.

The goal of the class it to improve breathing & physical stamina through alignment, balance & strengthening poses.
