Yoga Elements Drop-in $15 • 1 visit • Good for one regularly scheduled yoga class. NOTE: The pass expires one year from date of purchase.
Yoga Elements - 5 Pack $60 • 5 visits • 5-pack of sessions that can be used for any regularly scheduled class. NOTE: The package expires one year from date of purchase.

All Monthly Unlimited Auto-pay contracts require a 3 month commitment. Your monthly payment will draft from your credit or debit card every four weeks. For example, if you purchased it on the 1st, it will draft on the 1st of each month thereafter. There is a 3-month commitment, and this contract is auto-renewing.


Restorative and flow may not seem to go together, but it may be exactly what we need right now! The class will begin with slow, repetitive, controlled movements to create a meditative flow that is deeply nourishing to our stressed-out bodies and minds. The class will also incorporate long-held traditional restorative poses to let you move even deeper into a relaxed state.
