Posture Playground

One of the beautiful things about yoga is its simplicity, yet the ability to really challenge ourselves with difficult postures when we choose! There are those poses we may hesitate to try - the arm balances, inversions, or backbends - because we have told ourselves we "can't" do them. Or we are a little nervous to try in a regular class setting. This special class provides the opportunity to break down these poses, prepare our body, and try different variations to build up our confidence to try something new! The focus is to have fun experimenting with movement in a supported environment!
