Introduction to the Yoga Wall

Have you seen the yoga wall in the studio and wondered how it is used? Looking for a way to change up your practice or experience something a little different in your poses? This is a perfect opportunity to try the yoga wall!

This class is designed to be an introduction to this incredible yoga prop that can provide support and stability in our poses, allow us to access a deeper stretch and release, and also is a lot of fun!

We will start with the basics of how to use the various accessories for the wall, and then apply this to poses that you are already familiar with.
