Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement. The benefits from practicing can be profound - reduced stress, enhanced mental and physical balance, increased vitality and a balanced immune system. The research is preliminary, but Qigong can be beneficial for people with fibromyalgia, COPD, Parkinson's disease and high blood pressure.

Marcia Chapman Is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Leader Level I and II, and a Certified Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader through the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. Marcia's personal journey with Qigong began over 20 years ago to manage stress and improve health concerns. Her commitment to the practice has led to significant personal benefits. Over the years, Marcia has deepened her expertise in Qigong and Tai Chi, earning multiple trainer certifications, and is actively pursuing additional qualifications.
