Yoga Elements - 5 Pack $60 • 5 visits • 5-pack of sessions that can be used for any regularly scheduled class. NOTE: The package expires one year from date of purchase.

All Monthly Unlimited Auto-pay contracts require a 3 month commitment. Your monthly payment will draft from your credit or debit card every four weeks. For example, if you purchased it on the 1st, it will draft on the 1st of each month thereafter. There is a 3-month commitment, and this contract is auto-renewing.


Yoga Nidra combines mindfulness, intention-setting, body scan, and imagery for a deeply relaxing guided meditation that calms the nervous system, increases focus, and energizes the body.

As we move into the heart of the holidays, join Jess for this relaxing meditation experience. We have a supply of blankets and bolsters at the studio, but please bring whatever props (blankets, pillows, cushions) to help best support your body during this meditation.
